Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser
The prize draw is organised by Andre Noir (“the Organiser”).

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over, except employees of Andre Noir, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw. Proof of eligibility may be required.

3. Entry
No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries are limited to one per person. There is no restriction on the total number of entrants participating. Only one winner will be drawn. To enter, participants must fill in an entry form by visiting the Andre Noir jewellery shop in person, located at 8 Lion & Lamb Yard, Farnham, GU9 7LL. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM (GMT) on 21/12/2024.

4. Prize
The prize is jewellery for a total retail value of £1,000. This will be awarded to one winner. The winner will only be able to select their prize from Andre Noir’s current collection or they may choose to commission a bespoke piece of jewellery made by the on-site Andre Noir workshop. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold. The £1,000 prize value can be used as credit towards a piece of jewellery of greater value from the Andre Noir collection or a bespoke commissioned piece of jewellery made by the on-site Andre Noir workshop.

5. Selection of Winner
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the 21st of December, 2024 at 4pm. The winner will be drawn by an independent person. The decision of the Organiser regarding the winner is final.

6. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw date. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, they forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be drawn.

7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must collect their prize in person from our store at 8 Lion & Lamb Yard, Farnham, GU9 7LL, or, if agreed upon, the prize may be shipped to the winner at no extra cost. The Organiser reserves the right to ask for proof of identification to verify the winner’s identity. The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being drawn - 21/06/2024.

8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that, should they win, Andre Noir may use their name, image, and likeness for marketing purposes across its channels, without additional compensation.

9. General
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the prize draw in case of unforeseen circumstances or if fraud, abuse, or technical errors affect the integrity of the draw. Any personal data collected as part of the prize draw will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
